Recommended MaxxFan to Replace the Older Model 00-04500K

Question:
Do yall sell the Maxxfan modell # 00-04500K? This is the remote rain sensor version in smoke color but w/o thermostat which we dont want. Thx

The MaxxFan 00-04500K is obsolete and has been replaced with the MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan item # MA00-04500K. The new model does include a thermostat, remote control, and built in rain sensor that automatically closes the smoke colored dome and shuts off the fan in rain or snow.
