Is there a landing pad set that can connect to the older Q Tower that can attach to a built-in Thule roof rack on a Leer camper shell?

It sounds like you're trying to reuse an old Yakima Q-Tower System on a camper shell with roof tracks installed. If that's the case then I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this just simply isn't possible with off the shelf parts. That said, I do have a way for you to use your old round crossbars, you'd just need the Replacement Yakima Control Tower for Factory-Installed Tracks part # Y8890027 (QTY. 4) and Landing Pad 1 for Yakima SkyLine and Control Towers part # Y00221 (QTY.2). These will work with Thule, Yakima, or Rhino-Rack track systems.
