How Do You Secure The Pin of the Continuous Hinge # H150 After Cutting Down?

If I cut down the 6 hinge, how would I secure the pin?

When you cut down the Hinge # H150 you will need to peen over the end to ensure the hinge cannot slide out of the hinge. If you do not have enough pin let to peen on the end of the hinge you can weld up the length of the hinge. Do not weld the hinge to the pin but add on the material so you can enlarge the end and prevent it from sliding out of the hinge.
