Will the Hollywood RV Rider bike rack for my 2 Aventon Level step through ebike be a good hitch rack for my 2023 Hyundai Tucson? I understand I will need 2 inch reciever right?

Yes, you will want to get a hitch with a 2" receiver. They give you the most options for accessories and will allow you to get the maximum capacity out of your Tucson. I recommend the etrailer Hitch item # e38KR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Tucson with included hardware.
The etrailer Hitch item # e38KR weighs 31 lbs and is made in the USA. It has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity and a 525 lbs maximum tongue weight.
The Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack item # HLY64FR is a great option for carrying your two Aventon Level step thru e-bikes. This rack was designed specifically for carrying step thru frames and has a 80 lbs capacity per bike.
