I have a solution for you, but unfortunately we only offer some set choices when it comes to axle dimensions. With that being said, we do have the 2K Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Idler Hubs # 20545I-EZ-72-15 which has the 72" hub face length and then you can install 2 of the Spring Seat for Typical 2,000-lb, Round Trailer Axles # TRSS175 to fit the 54.5" spring center measurement you're needing. The new spring seats will need to be welded on by a qualified welder and then you may need to have the old seats cut off depending on what kind of spacing you have available.
I've attached some review videos for you to check out as well.
