Question:

2012 Chevy Colorado Crew Cab LT 5bed toad for RV. Towing stuff installed by Dealer. Lost one of the attachment tab assembly pieces. Remaining piece matches the dimensions exactly per dimensions given online, but there's a comment to my inquiry about a replacement part from yall: cant confirm exact match. Where do I locate the Blue Ox baseplate number mounted on the Colorado in order to determine if the replacement part you sell will match? OR, if your dimensions and mine match exactly, should I ignore the comment and order the part? Thanks. I need the replacement within two weeks, so a quick reply would be very much appreciated.

For your 2012 Chevrolet Colorado with the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1656, I can confirm that the Replacement Attachment Tab Assembly for Blue Ox Baseplate # BLU37XR is the correct replacement for you.

These tabs are listed as a direct replacement for your base plate in the owner's manual.

These tabs measures 9" long, a front measurement of 4-1/4", 4-3/4" for the back, and includes 1 replacement attachment tab and spring pin.

I have attached a diagram containing these measurements as well.
