I want to hook up a 20 gallon propane tank to my stove top. What type of regulator would I need?

Really any regulator will work to go from a 20 gallon propane tank to a stove top, and a single stage regulator will work such as the Camco Single Stage Propane Regulator # CAM59013.

You would also need the appropriate hoses, depending on what your stove has, so I've linked out entire selection of hoses for you below. Or, if you were referring to a small camping stove with a quick disconnect, there are hoses designed to go from a 20 lb tank straight to the stove, with the regulator directly on the hose, the Propane Quick-Disconnect Hose w/ Regulator # 37207-31275.
