There are three things you need to consider when choosing a propane regulator for your commercial deep fryer; inches of water column, BTU rating, and fittings size. I am not sure what the requirements are for your commercial deep fryer but moat of our regulators reduce down to 11" w.c. which is fairly standard. If this is what you need then I recommend the Camco Single Stage Propane Regulator part # CAM59013 which is rated for up to 200,000 BTU's and has 1/4"/3/8" female NPT fittings.

If you let me know the size of your propane tank and fitting on your deep fryer I can then provide a list of hoses but otherwise have attached our options for you.

I have a similar question. We have 3- 105,000 BTU/hr propane fryers and they are hooked to 10 feet of 3/4" black pipe The specs call for 1/3 - 1/2 max psi @ 10-11' WC. What regulator(s) do we need to operate them together

@Jt The MB Sturgis Horizontal 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 108221 will provide you with the pressure you need and enough BTU's for your 3 fryers. This regulator can supply up to 400,000 btu's at the 11" water columns of pressure you need.

@Efrem Not sure of the BTU rating or requirements for your fryer but a 200,000 BTU regulator like part # CAM59013 would likely be sufficient. Rated for 200,000 Btu/hr and 11" WC.
