For your 2010 Nissan Titan we only have the Replacement 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector Socket # PK11893. If the factory harness is damaged you will need to get that part from a dealer. The Tow Ready Harness # 118267 will not fit your Titan.
We do have the 4' Pigtail Wiring Harness # PK11998 which you can use if only the end of your factory harness is damaged. This will require you to cut and splice into the wiring on the factory harness.
