Troubleshooting A Furrion Tankless Water Heater With An E5 Error Code

Question:

I put a tank less water heater on my campper was working good for the last few months now ever time I take a shower our was my hand it gives me a e5 code I work at Taylor Heating and ac and we install tankless all the time I dont what the next step is everything looks good No blockage of exhaust and no high win every time I turn the system on to call for hot water itll kick on run for a second and shut off and throw an e5code more information on what to test before I replace it thanks you and have a blessed day
