I do have a possible solution for you but there are no bolt-on, custom fit trailer hitch options for a Honda Civic with center exhaust that I am aware of. Therefore, the only solution we can offer for this vehicle would be to switch exhausts to the standard dual exit on each side as this would then allow you to use the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C92UR which is what I recommend.
Unfortunately, I can't see any way a trailer hitch would fit on a model with the center exhaust because the tail pipe is right where the receiver is located and there's no real way to relocate the receiver. It's simply not feasible even with a custom built hitch.
