For a 215/75-14 tire with a galvanized wheel I would choose the Karrier ST215/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire # AM32182. Unless you need the stiffer sidewall for off-road or agricultural applications, I would not get a bias ply tire like the # AM3S560 you were looking at. The radial tire will have better performance and hold up longer by comparison. Both come with a 5-year warranty on the tire and a 1-year worry-free guarantee.
