I would be happy to help you again. The only hitch available for your 2007 Toyota Avalon is going to be the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C94UR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Toyota with included hardware.

This is a class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. It has a 2,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 200 lbs maximum tongue weight.

You are going to be extremely limited in options for a bike rack since your hitch is only a class I. The best one is going to be the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes item # TH903202.

The EasyFold has a 65 lbs per bike capacity so you will need to remove the battery to get your 75 lbs bike below that. This is a frame mounted bike rack that also includes a telescoping ramp.

Since your bike has fat tires you will need the Fat Bike Straps for Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack item # TH985101. You will need one of these per bike with fat tires.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C59496 and the Draw-Tite Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or item # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
