The Bulldog Winch Hitch Mounted Winch Mounting Plate with Handles # BDW20011 is a pretty universal fit but I have some things for you to double check with your Ramsey RE12000 winch prior to using this for your winch as I wasn't able to find any specs on that winch.

This mounting plate uses a 10" x 4-1/2" bolt pattern, the base measures 12-5/8" long x 8-5/16" wide, and then the distance between the handles measures 26-5/8". As long as your winch fits within these specs you'll be good to go!
