Question:
If I buy this as a gift for someone will the licensing documentation be transferable to them. In other words can I fill in the owner info or is it pre-filled in with the purchasers name

The licensing and registration paperwork is included and delivered with the CE Smith Boat Trailer, part # CE48810. The fees for licensing and registration would be paid at the time it is registered and licensed. The paperwork is not filled out at the time the trailer is purchased. You may wish to contact your DMV office to make sure there are no specific rules that have to be followed regarding licensing and registering the trailer.
