I believe you're looking for our 2" x 10" floor registers that come in the following colors:
Black - # 37202-29135
White - # 37202-28905
Brown - # 37202-28915
Overall these measure 11-1/2" x 3-3/4" but the part that inserts into the vent only measures 9-3/4" x 2" as you can see in the linked photos.
