i have a 2017 silverado 2500hd and looking at buying reese 30868 under bed rails, i have a reese 16k hitch part number 30047 for standard bed rails, will adaptor c88kr work?

The Reese Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit item # RP30868 is confirmed to fit your 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500. This system is the same one that Ford uses in their factory prep package. It is also available with a gooseneck hitch item # RP30158-68.

The Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch item # C88KR will fit the Ford pattern and provide you with a set of industry standard rails for your Reese item # RP30047. This adapter will add 2-1/2" of height to your 5th-wheel hitch when it is installed.
