Thule Replacement Square Head Bolt Measurements

hi the description states 13/16 x 13/16 square head that is aprox 24mm but one of the answers states the head is 3/4 x 3/4 that is aprox 20mm i am looking for 24mm square head t-bolt with m6 thread x 35mm length? thanks Bill

I called Thule and they do not have an official measurement spec available for this part.

Because the reported measurement results are not consistent, I went to our warehouse and took a 9 piece sampling and measured the Thule Replacement Square Head Bolt # 853-208909 with a digital caliper.

The chart attached shows the averages of my measurements. Since these are mass produced hardware pieces there is typically an acceptable variance that is allowed with each piece. (I do not have access to what the acceptable variance is at this time.) This variance does not effect how the part will work, however, it explains why the numbers are a tad bit off with each bolt. Factories will take a sampling, as I did, and measure to ensure it is within their acceptable production tolerances.

To confirm that this part has a M6 thread I put on a Thule Wing Nut # 753-0783 and it fit perfectly.

What I have found with all of these bolts is that none of them has a 24mm square head nor a 35mm length, but they do have a M6 thread.
