Question:

I would like to install a B&W gooseneck hitch onto my 2022 Ram 2500. My truck has the RamBox will the B&W hitch still work for me?

After checking with B&W and the gooseneck hitch # BWGNRK1320 is confirmed to fit your 2022 Ram 2500 with RamBox. You will want to be careful of clearance issues with the trailer and bed rails though since the bed isn't as wide. That is more of a problem on the fifth wheel trailers though.

If you need wiring as well for your truck bed I recommend part # 41157. I linked two installation videos below on the B&W gooseneck hitch and the wiring harness being installed onto a 2020 Ram 2500. The installation process will be the same for your 2022 Ram 2500.
