Yes, the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2710 will fit your 2023 Ram 3500 Dually. The only 3500's these will not fit is those with the factory air suspension system.
I recommend using the Firestone Air Command II # F2219 as the compressor is capable of providing up to the 150psi the air springs are capable of holding. The controller and gauge are dual function allowing you to adjust each air spring individually for uneven loads.
