Yes, we do have both. I recommend using the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e63ZR on your 2023 Ford Ranger. This receiver is made in the USA and comes with a lifetime warranty. It is rated for up to 6,000lbs trailer weight and 900lbs of tongue weight. If you are using with a weight distribution hitch trailer weight increases to 8,000lbs. Do be sure to not exceed any towing capacities given by Ford for your Ranger.

The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56431 will give you a 7-way harness by connecting to the factory connector under your bed. You will be able to secure the 7-way using the Mounting Brackets # 18140 and # PK12711U to the receivers cross tube without the need for drilling. We do have the 7-Way to 4-Way Adapter # PK12716 you can use for pulling smaller trailers or you can change the Curt 7-way for a Multi-Tow 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector # HM40950 if you do not want to use a separate adapter.
