Does this trailer hitch require cutting the bumper or any other modification on a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5? Thanks!

After installing the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C98DR onto your 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 you will have to trim the panel to be able to reattach it to your car. You will not have to modify the bumper. During the installation process the underbody panel(s) and/or fascia must be temporarily loosened or removed. I will attach a picture below of the minor modification. I like this trailer hitch because after the installation is finished the hitch has a hidden design with only the 2 inch receiver head showing. The hitch is also manufactured in The USA.
