I reached out to BAK to verify if they have a set of written instructions, here is the information they gave me as they do not have a printed set of instructions. This will help you to install the Replacement Locking Block Kit PARTS-356A0015.
1) Peel and remove old seal. Once unstuck from the cover it will slid out of the T-channel it is housed in.
2) Clean any sticky residue from the cover and dry.
3) Replace any of the broken locking blocks. These just slide into the opening at the end of the cover slat.
4) Feed the seal back through the T-Channel on the locking blocks.
5) Peel off the red backing tape and press down on seal to stick to the cover.
6) Trim seal to edges. *This can also be done before hand to the size of the seal that was removed.
