Where is location to install block heater? RR??

After doing some research I found out that the Kat's Heaters Custom Engine Block Heater # KH11409 will plug into the plug located in the housing in the left fog lamp bezel. You will then route through your grille and plug it into a standard 120-volt AC outlet.
