Question:
I notice that in the stowed position the top step tread is in the horizontal position just outside the door. if I am entering the camper without deploying the steps for example...stepping up from the tongue of a trailer that is being towed am I able to put weight on the top step when in the stowed position? Is there a weight capacity while in this position. If it is not recommended for weight bearing when your n this position I will have to step over it to enter the camper.

A set of the TorkLift GlowStep Stow N' Go Scissor Steps # TLA7835 which uses the TorkLift GlowStep Stow N' Go Mounting Bracket # TLA7810 cannot be used as a step in the stowed position. You will therefor need to step over the steps to get in your camper if you are unable to extend the steps.
