Will the rack carrier for a 5th wheel fit on a bumper that has a an aluminum decorative cover ?

The 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier # e99049 is designed to fit a 4" x 4" and 4-1/2" x 4" RV bumper and will not fit with the aluminum decorative trim. You may be able to trim out the mounting points on your cover as long as it is not thicker than 1/8".
We do offer a 24" Extension # e99052 you can add or the 24x84 etrailer Cargo Carrier # e96ZR if you want the larger size tray.
