Will Lock Cores of Kuat Grip Ski and Snowboard Carrier GRR6P Fall Out If Unlocked
Updated 11/28/2022 | Published 11/26/2022 >
Question:
I read that the locks for this carrier fall out if not locked. Has this defect been corrected by the manufacturer? Would be a serious problem while traveling.

The lock cores of the Kuat Grip Ski and Snowboard Carrier part # GRR6P are not going to fall out if left unlocked with it's current design but also you really would want to have the rack locked when travelling just so there would be no chance it would release. Not that it necessarily would open when travelling but the lock mechanism definitely would prevent that.
