Yes, the Curt CrossWing Lightweight 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C86JR will work just fine with the Curt Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC328492.
This pin box has a maximum towing capacity of 18,000-lbs, an internal air bag that reduces air shock, and and is designed to replace the Lippert 1621 pin box.
