Dexter EZ Flex Equalizer that Fits in Place of Dexter 13-10 Equalizer

Question:
Im wanting to upgrade my travel trailler suspension but it is in storage at the moment. Thinking of getting the Dexter K71-652-00 tandem kit. Would you know if it is capable of replacing my current Dexter 13-10 equalizers ? Thks,
