Question:
Will this fit my 2013 Forester? Also, what wiring do I need to tow a smaller trailer? Nothing big, just a utility trailer for hauling some firewood and such. Thank you!

Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e59AR 2013 is confirmed to fit your Subaru Forester. I really like the matte black finish because it looks more rugged and is more durable than the classic glossy finish we see on all of the other hitches.
Then for wiring I recommend picking up the T-One Wiring Harness # 118467 which plugs into your factory wiring plug and then I recommend using the mounting brackets # 18144 and # 18140 to secure the 4-Way near your hitch receiver.
To complete your towing setup I also recommend the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS10048B and to secure it using the hitch lock # 34061075-D.
The T-One wiring is the most reliable we have to offer and the Tow & Stow ball mount has enough adjustability to be the last ball mount you ever need to purchase.
