I’ve got a 2022 Chevy 2500 Hd crew cab Will these mount to truck without having to drills holes.

The Westin R7 Nerf Bars item # 28-71270 mount to your Silverado without having to drill. The included brackets bolt onto existing holes in your truck's rocker panels. These are confirmed to fit your 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500 crew cab.
These bars are 7" wide, which is the largest width of any nerf bar which means you are going to get the most support possible when getting in and out of your truck.
I have linked a picture below of the black ones item # 28-71275 installed.
