Will the Curt Front Hitch for a 2007 Ford F-250 Work with Grille Guard

Can this be installed in conjunction with a Ranch Hand grill guard #GGF051BL1?

The Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 31114 which is a fit for a 2007 Ford F-250 Super Duty installs behind the bumper beam to the end of the frame on both the driver and passenger side. I have attached a photo below which shows this.
Unfortunately, we aren't able to confirm fit with aftermarket accessories so this will be up to you but based on the photo below you should be able to make the determination yourself. I did take a look at the grille guard and it does not appear to interfere but I cannot say for certain.
