I have been doing research and read a blog that the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains for Light Trucks, item # PW3027C would fit for a 275/55R20. However, I do not see the tire size in the tire-fit size chart and want to make sure. Thank you

According to Pewag, the # PW3027C chains you referenced would not be a fit for your 275/55-20 tires, as they would be too small to fit that diameter tire.
For your 20 inch wheels, there is a similar style cable # PW3029C that is comparable with your tire size. In addition to the chains, the # PW99 rubber adjusters are recommended.
