Gooseneck Hitch to 5th Wheel Trailer Recommendation for Ford F-250 with 19" Bed Side Height

i ant to buy something like this Ranch Hitch Universal 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter Item # AM3100 but i have a f250 and the sides are 19 inches. any suggestions

The Ranch Hitch Universal 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter # AM3100 can be adjusted to 14-3/4" tall. We recommend keeping a distance of 5" - 6" between your truck bed sides and the overhang of your 5th wheel trailer (see attached) so if you're able to maintain this clearance then the 14-3/4" will work just fine.
If you need more clearance than that I recommend checking out the Demco Recon 5th Wheel Hitch # DM8550045 as it has a max height of 18" which is closer to the complete side height of your truck bed. This installs by clamping to the gooseneck hitch ball and essentially does the same thing as the Ranch Hitch, it's just in the form of a 5th wheel hitch as opposed to an adapter that installs on your pin box.
