I want to clarify if I need a capture plate and/or a lube plate for the Companion BWRVK3370?

You will need to use a Lube Plate # RP83001 with the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3370. If you are towing a trailer with a Sidewinder, Turning Point or any other pin box that changes the pivot point of the trailer you will need to lock out the pin box. This is due to this particular B&W sliding 5th wheel hitch not being compatible with this type of pin box.
