Yes, we do have a set of air bags for your 2023 GMC Sierra 2500 with the factory towing prep package. They are the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs item # AL57341.

These air bags have a 5,000 lbs capacity to keep the rear end of your Silverado level. They are also compatible with all in bed hitches like the factory one your GMC truck came with.

I recommend adding the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System item # AL25856 to your Sierra. This onboard air compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags individually to adjust for off center loads.
