Question:

I need to completely replace my steps. I saw Quickie Step LC372262L17 was recommended. But, listening to the video about it, it said it does not deploy automatically like my existing steps do as I open and close the door. Part # LC372261 was recommended for complete automatic steps with an optional stay open switch included. My existing steps open and close automatically with the door and can be overridden to stay open so they dont move every time we open and close the door. My question is... With My existing switches built into the Monaco, do I need the second one or the first one above to have the same automatic functionality? Thanks,

Since your current setup opens and closes with the door opening/closing and has a manual override switch the correct replacement step setup would be the Kwikee 32 Series part # LC372261 that you referenced.
