I can not find the brake light switch on my 1994 Dodge Dakoda.

The brake switch wire is potentially a white wire. Start testing with the white wire. You can use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 if you do not already have a tester. You need the wire that only shows power with the brake pedal and not with the turn signals or headlights.
If you cannot find the proper wire, then check the truck owner's manual for the stop light or CHMSL fuse location. You could then use a fuse tap to get he dedicated brake light signal.
