The Ark Ezi-Guides Self-Aligning Boat Trailer Loading System # AR64FR is categorized by boat length and not weight. I contacted the manufacturer with your question and they did not tell me a specific weight, but that the Ark Ezi-Guides Self-Aligning Boat Trailer Loading System # AR64FR would be the correct system for your 13' boat.
