Need trailer hitch for 2023 hyundai palisade and wiring harness. I understand that both are specific to the 2023 models and that earlier models will work, but are not hidden being the rear bumper. what can you do for me,

The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e95ZR is what I recommend for a 2023 Hyundai Palisade. This hitch offers a bolt-on install and has a hidden crosstube so you only see the receiver under the bumper.
If you want completely hidden, you'll need to go with the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit part # 391HYUNPALIS19T which also has everything else you need for towing like the wiring harness and ball mount.
