My trailer hubs have a tapered head bolt type wheel lug. I’ve never had one like this before, only a stud and lugnut. Are these wheels compatible with this type of mounting? Or do I need to get a screw in stud and lugnuts first?

It is okay for some trailer hubs like the CE Smith Trailer Hub Assembly # CE13100 to use the Wheel Bolts # RG02-040 for attaching the wheels. These bolts are compatible with the Aluminum Sendel Series T02 Machined Trailer Wheel # AM22329 as long as you have verified that your hubs use the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern.
