The Griot's Garage Heavy Duty Metal Polish Cream for Vehicles and RVs part # 34911155 is your best option for aluminum exterior walls on a trailer. This is a cream type polishing compound which works great to restore the surface back to its factory finish. It can be applied by hand or with an orbital like the Griot's Garage G9 Random Orbital Polisher part # GG34FR. In order to clean the surface beforehand, I recommend the Griot's Garage Brilliant Finish Car Wash for Vehicles and RVs part # 34910866.
