I plan to drill holes in my Roam Cargo Boxes and attached to my cross bars using some sort of bolt with a head that would fit into the T track of my Aero Extended cross bars. What are the best bolt options for that application? I would put a washer and nut on the bolt from the inside of the box. The bolt would be inverted.

It sounds like you are trying to find a bolt that fits in the t-track of the Subaru OEM Extended Aero bars manufactured by Thule. For that you would want to use an M6 bolt. I have listed a few M6 bolt options below, varying in length.
