Hello. I am looking to tow a 2021 Ram 1500 four wheel drive behind an RV with a tow bar set up. Could you recommend which products I would need to purchase please? I know I need the tow bar and I need a base plate for the truck. But, Im not sure of which base plate and if I need anything else. Thank you!

In order to flat-tow a 2021 Ram 1500 you'll need a tow bar, base plate kit, safety cables, wiring harness, and braking system. I have attached a list of each of these components below along with some videos.
