Question:

Situation: 2001 horse trailer with a Trimark deadbolt entry lock, appears sim. to the 0650 lock referred to. 4 other trailer doors have new Global Link locks w key G341. Q1 - Does Global Link make a lock sim. to this w cutout approx 5 x4-7/8, Mechanical or keyless? I cannot find any, so probably No. Q2- If I order this lock BA64FR, can I order extra keys? Like 4 or 6 of same key code? Q3 - Does Bauer make a keyless that will fit this opening size? Q4 - Are there any other options to have the entry lock keyed same as other doors? Or swap cylinders of the Trimark locks? Of course, I wish I’d figured all this out before putting the GL locks on! Thank you eTrailer folks for always great service!

The best match we have for a Trimark 0650 Entry Door Latch is the Bauer Products Motorhome Door Lock part # BA64FR which installs into a 5-1/4" wide x 4-1/2" tall opening. You'll need to increase the width of the opening a bit with this latch but that's no big deal. The height however will be a bit more than you need but the flange on the lock should cover this so there is no visible gaps. That said, I do recommend trying to fill the gap as much as possible with other material first.

Unfortunately, we don't offer any Global Link options for this latch nor do we have a way to key the above to a Global Link key code.
