I have a 1999 tiffin allegro with slide. Needs a step motor.

In order to find out what is the correct replacement step motor for a 1999 Tiffin Allegro Motorhome, you need to know which series steps it has and when they were made. This info is found on a white label on the steps themselves. There will be a part number such as 903209025" and in this example the third and fourth digits are 32 indicating that this is a series 32. The date should be printed as you would find normally.

If you do have a series 32 and it's made before 1999 then you need an upgrade kit, the Motor Upgrade Kit for Kwikee Electric RV Steps part # LC379145. If you have 32 series steps and they were made after 1999 then you can replace just the motor with the Replacement Motor for Kwikee Electric RV Steps part # LC379147.
