I would be happy to help you! I saw you were looking at the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit item # RM-524454-4. This base plate kit is confirmed to fit the 2015 Ford Edge 3.5L with Adaptive Cruise Control and without Adaptive Cruise Control. To use this with your Demco tow bar you will need the Demco Tow Bar Adapter for Roadmaster XL and EZ Series Base Plates item # DM9523001.

I have listed some other parts you will need to flat tow your Ford Edge below.

You are going to need the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM-15267 to control your Ford's tail lights through your motorhome. This Diode kit allows you to use your Ford Edge's tail lights and wiring system while preventing feedback from your RV. Wires 2-wire and 3-wire systems to operate as a combined lighting systems.

A battery charge line kit is a great addition to your flat towing setup. This will keep your Edge's battery from dying while you drive to your destination. You will want the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles item # RM-156-25.

You are going to need a supplemental braking system as well. I recommend the Demco SMI Stay-IN-Play item # SM99251 for this. This is a proportional braking system which is a one-time install that you can leave in so you'll never have to activate or deactivate it. You will need to use Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751475 along with your supplemental braking system.
