I see that the Thule roof rack setup does not allow operation of the moonroof while attached, I was wondering if this Rhino Rack combination has the same limitation. Im planning to mount both a Thule Motion XT XL and a Yakima HighRide side-by-side, so I dont think the Thule Aeroblade Edge would work for me.

This kit per as customer stated that the top of the crossbar is about 4 inches above the roof glass and does not interfere with opening the moonroof, but Rhino Rack does not recommend it.
The cross bars have a slim elliptical shape that helps to create an extremely aerodynamic system. The bars have a rubberized vortex strip in the top channels that will dramatically reduce drag and wind noise. The crossbars have a weight capacity up to 165 pounds.
The crossbars are made out of a lightweight, structural-grade anodized aluminum and are rustproof.
