In regards to the Excel RV Tankless Water Heater part # EX93FR, it is not recommend to be placed in a bathroom or bedroom because it will burn up oxygen and may lower the O2 levels in the air if the area is not well ventilated per the manufacturer.
The water heater can be used with any size tank, the most common are 20 and 30 lb propane tanks.
