Hi Jameson, Its Peter again, I have some other questions about my previous one I just want to make sure if 23-468-469 is include the both side drivers and passengers ? if they do have both side in a set so which means i only need to order 1? and if the 84546UC3-EZ has different side? or it can fit wherever Drivers or Passengers? thanks a lot!

Yes, the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust brake assembly set part # 23-468-469 is the correct fit for your 2017 Airstream Sport 16 camper. Then for the correct hub/drum you'd need the part # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K and you'd be set.
